AI and Intelligence
AI assistance people can inspect and question.
Our approach is to connect AI assistance to authorized procurement information, show the supporting evidence, and make the next human decision clear.
This website does not call an AI service, and it does not accept confidential documents. Every example below is scripted from the same sample records used in the product preview.

Proposed summary for a reviewer
12 units invoiced; 8 units received; 4 units need receipt evidence or invoice correction.
The order records 12 units at $435.00 before tax. The difference is $1,740.00 before tax, associated with the unmatched quantity.
Missing information
No receipt record covers the remaining 4 units. Taxes and other fees are not part of these sample amounts.
The source records are fictional, and the workflow link opens the Check step of the sample purchase.
This illustration does not approve a payment, release an order or make a purchasing decision. Approvals and commercial decisions stay with authorized people.
Where assistance helps
Six areas of intended assistance.
Getting a request started
Illustrative previewAssistance reads authorized text and documents and proposes request fields, which a person edits and confirms.
Preparing and comparing offers
Illustrative previewAssistance drafts the paperwork a buyer would otherwise write from scratch, and lines up offers with their sources.
Recording decisions and agreements
Illustrative previewAssistance summarizes what people decided and what an agreement actually says.
Orders, receipts and invoices
Illustrative previewAssistance explains differences between the records rather than resolving them silently.
Review and integrity support
Planned capabilityAssistance points a reviewer at indicators and evidence gaps. It does not accuse anyone of anything.
Supplier help and a unified assistant
Planned capabilityThese are future directions, not features you can use today.
Our approach
Four rules we are building to.
These describe Kamboi's approach. They are not the result of a completed external audit.
Use authorized context
Assistance works from information the person is already permitted to see, within their organization's records.
Show evidence and gaps
A proposed answer names its sources and states what is missing instead of filling the gap with a guess.
Retain human authority
Approvals, awards and commercial commitments belong to authorized people, and the record shows who decided.
Keep manual workflows available
If assistance is unavailable, the controlled manual path still works. Nothing depends on a model being reachable.
Future direction
What stays out of scope.
We expect assistance to expand over time, including a broader Kamboi Agent experience for authorized questions.
- Autonomous purchasing
- Autonomous awards
- Signing agreements
- Changing supplier bank details
- Executing payments
